Commitments
- Technical Support: IP has internal technical support persons and does not rely only on overseas manufactures to provide this support.
- Equal buying power: All distributors are provided equal pricing regardless of their purchasing power with published discount structures provided to all distributors.
- Full consultation: There will be no changes made to any aspect of distribution agreements without full consultation with all distributors.
- Border protection: We refer enquiries only to the Distributor responsible for the Territory and will not transport products directly to distributors customers that are outside their Territory.
- Distributor focus: We will not sell to any OEM’s, resellers or end users without full consultation and consideration on the effect on current distribution.
